Ju's Small Stitches - update 24.12.11 More Xmas Cards

Hi all,

I thought I'd create this thread for any little projects I'm doing. I tend to spend ages working on larger kits, but I think sometimes it's nice to do smaller things and get some finishes! So rather than have a new thread each time I've got something to show, I'll put them in this one.

This is a little sampler I did today. I designed it after one of my ratties (Buttons) passed away, but only now found the perfect fabric to sew it on - from my Stashmas gift! I also used some of the lovely threads I got too. The fabric is 28 count Jazlyn - so soft to sew on, love it!

She does have whiskers, but they don't show very well in the photo. And the silver things are supposed to be buttons :wink:

Very cute! I agree that small designs can be a nice break from larger projects. Helps keep keep the stitching morale stay alive :wink:

Here's one I just finished today - a Tatty Teddy called My Red Jumper. This was a Christmas present from my other half (cross stitch? how did you know?! :lol: ). Finished in 2 days, this is a record for me! :dance:
