HAED Order
For those with experience, how long does it normally take to receive ordered (snail mail) charts from them? It's just that I ordered one on Dec 30th, and it has yet to come... Just anxious to get started!

Never ordered one via snail mail. My PDF's have always been emailed within hours so your chart should be with you soon I would have thought. Could have been delayed slightly due to New Year post but I would email them to ask anyway - I've always found them to be very friendly and helpful

I'm in the UK and it took over a month for them to reach me. Think it took them nearly a week to get them posted then. I assume as it has been holidays it would have taken a few days extra to get them out.

You can check on the status of your order if you login on the HAED website and then go to My Account - you can see all of your orders. It should say processing, sent to printer, delivered, etc. I know they just switched printers, so it may be taking a bit longer than normal. I usually have mine in 10 days or so... I'm sure you'll get it soon!
Actually, I just checked on mine and I placed an order on the 30th as well and got it today, so hope you get yours soon!

I usually buy mine via snail mail and they take just over a week to get here to the UK.

I live in Canada, and it took two weeks to reach me! I know its hard to be patient, but maybe you could see if your chart has a floss list uploaded on the site, they are in the process of updating that stuff, then at least you can get the flosses while you wait. It shouldn't be long.

I ordered on the 29th and it was finally shipped just a couple of days ago. It has not arrived yet though. I'm a little disappointed it's taking so long, but as I don't plan to start the charts I ordered yet I don't mind waiting.
