Does anyone have one of these floor stands?

Post by Imme »

I currently don't have a floor stand and hold my project in my left hand. But I have been looking at this one for sometime. It isn't cheap so I was wondering if someone had one of these and if so, what is your opinion on them? I like to recline in my chair and have the project fairly close to my face, will this stand work for something like that? Any feedback would be great! Thanks!

Hi
Ive read on their website u can't do projects over 22"!! So if u were gonna do any projects over 22" in future I would suggesting to get it! But American Dreams the brand make awesome lap stands that u can adjust frames widths and heights with their scroll rolls!! Their no baste system is awesome too!!!

I have had an artisan stand since 1999 and believe it is the best stand ever. They even have one for recliners.

Hope this helps.

I have a floor stand, I'm using it at present for my Disney project

I love my stand, you can adjust it half way up the legs and put it into anypostion you like, u can then do the same at the top. It's also a roll bar top which you can also take off and move into different holes to fit big or small fabric

It's a really good floor stand but cost me over £100 but worth it. price has come down now typical! £59-£68 depending on size

this is the one

Finished:
Massive Disney design
Freddie mercury (for my mum)
Ocras at play.
Dolphins.
