Hi all,
I'm thinking of getting a Mystic Stitch chart, and need some fabric advice!
I've got some 14 count aida, and it's a sort of an apricot shade. If I were to stitch a solid design on it, would the fact it's not white matter or will the colour of the aida show through?
This is the design I've got my eye on - lots of very light patches, which is why I wanted to ask.
Solitude
Any advice much appreciated

Hi
I'm afraid that I would use white for that design as I would not want to risk it showing through
Good luck with it

I'm with KerryT. With so much pure looking white in the design I would worry it would show - and I think it would.

I wouldn't use the apricot fabric. I agree with KerryT and ali-cat it might show through.

OK, thanks everyone - I'll have to find another use for the aida!
