That looks great! It's looking wonderful. Good luck with all the black.

Re: My first HAED - A Long Winter's Nap -SAL
As I suspected page 5 went pretty quickly since so much of it was black and I was just able to load the needles up and stitch away! It did get a little boring though so I'm glad to move on. Page 5 was 11 days, 4836 stitches, 31 hours and 40 minutes.

Re: My first HAED - A Long Winter's Nap -SAL
Hi, everyone! It's been a while since I've updated but I have made some great progress! It's amazing to me that I just don't see the detail of this project until I take a picture and look at it on the computer. It is coming along nicely! In 35 days I have managed 110 hours of stitching.
LOTS of confetti!!! I am handling the confetti stitches better in that I am not waiting until the end to do them however I am noticing that in the areas that have a lot of them that the back of my work can get very crowded and that can cause some of my stitches to not lay as flat as I like. I try to be very careful to not cross over an area that is too far apart but even then all of the starting and stopping of the threads can make it bulkier. How do you all handle this? I am stitching on 28 count with 1 over 1. This can make it kind of hard to end threads by running them under the other stitches but it is the only way I have ever done it when working with 1 thread. Anybody have a better solution?
I combined pages 6 & 7 because 7 was only a small page.
6786 stitches, 67:05 hours, 22 days

Page 8: Row 2!!!! 4991 stitches, 43 hours, 13 days
