No that's it for bambi, when I put that on was only one I had.
I'm thinking about taking it off.
If you don't want bambi I will take it off your hands, it will go to a good home :D

As for the corners not thought that far ahead as that's a long way off, but that's a good idea of yours

No luck with villains yet either just the basic ones. Captain hook, ursula ( just her head though) and cruela and one from the incredibles that's it

Your right Mabel it is a massive project, I didn't realise just how massive until I unrolled the whole thing.

I am seriously starting to wonder if......
1, it just too big a project
2, will I ever get it finished
3, is it worth it, I mean what am I going to do with if/when it ever gets finished???

Seeing what you all say does help me a lot, it really keeps me going.
Just think it's way to big a thing to take on

I'm dreading stitching the water that part alone will take me months!!

At the same time I looked forward to getting home to carry on.

I really just ain't sure

First of all: "when", definitely "when" :-).
Secondly: a wall hanging? It would make a stunning wall decoration for a child's bedroom or a playroom!

I think, all the time you're enjoying it, just keep going.
I'm sure something will occur to you as to what to use it for.
BUT ... if you do get fed up with it, or if you just want to stop and don't want this big project anymore, I bet there'll be a way to turn it into smaller things that can be enjoyed.

Been thinking about it all day.

I have decided to keep at it cause at the end of the day I'm stitching what I would normaly stitch anyway, I'm just not putting it onto the bit of aida that comes with the kit.

So does it really matter? No.

Good decision Paul, keep at it. It is looking lovely, and I am a little bias to Beauty and the Beast as that is my ultimate favourite Disney movie of all time. I know all the words and songs by heart and with two nieces that I do watch at times we only watch Disney movies and Nemo is the one we are on right now at the moment.

Again it is looking lovely. :applesauce: :applesauce:. I believe I have a couple disney kits/patterns here I will look for them and pm you when and if I find them and if you need/want them just let me know.

Have measured the aida that I'm doing this project on to give you all an idea how big this could end up.

It's 4.5 ft x 10 ft

That's a lot of stitching and a lot of Disney patterns! Think the end result will be so worth it. I love the way it looks already so could only get better.

I have done some stitching today but won't be able to do any more until Sunday evening.

Now I'm off to go and get ready to go to over the rainbow to see the wizard
