It's looking beautiful, so glad you're persevering with it in spite of annoying white on white!

And back to work on this, although I must confess to not really having my heart in it today. I think my stitchy bug has gotten himself lost :( I spent a whole day finding things to do around the house when I could have stitched uninterupted! Seriously! But I eventually forced myself when Chris said I can't start my HAED until I finish this :P I'm NEVER going to get it done!

So I spent the evening working on very light grey and I'm not sure if you can see it at all, but here's my progress:

angel, i know the feeling, but it's too gorgeous to leave it undone, haven't done any of mine for a couple of nights either and got withdrawals now I've seen yours again.

wish I could have brought it to work today as bored silly

I'm glad to hear it Msgoodhands ^_^ I'm always glad to be able to inspire someone ^_^ I'm glad you like the project.

This is very true gyork, especially when I've already got it's home on the wall planned. I will finish it, it won't be another UFO. It's a shame you couldn't take yours to work. Maybe keep a small one in your bag for such emergencies?

hehe, yes, Chris is a sweetheart and a darling! He knows just what to say to motivate me ^_^

Good to keep yourself going even if you don't feel up to stitching! If I think of all I have to get done this year sometimes I just play games on Facebook instead! ;)

Back to the grind stone I'm determined to finish this lantern shortly, and hopefully get some backstitch in too.

A fair bit. I'm thankfully almost done with the top half, but I've barely touched the bottom half...would you like to see it unscrolled?
