Pattern called I'm A Child of God or I'm So Very Special

Hi all, I hope someone out there can help me. I'm still looking for the pattern that has the phrases "I Am A Child Of God" or "I Am So Very Special". The pattern has these phrases in blocks and in the other blocks there are baby toys such as a rattle, duckie, blocks where you can put the child's initals in or just leave with the ABCs, rocking horse, etc. I stitched this a few years ago for a friend and I guess in the process of one of our moves, misplaced it. I would be very grateful.

This was a baby/birth announcement. I bought it from a catalog in 1990. It was available in Primary or Pastel colors. I bought the Primary. I am also trying to locate the designer. Her name was Terri Brown. Address on the pattern was Terri Brown 11645 SE 208th #6, Kent, WA 98031. I have found a Terri A. Brown at 12307 SE 204th St, Kent, WA 98031. I am trying to see if it is the same person.
It is copy righted so illegal to copy. My copy is falling apart and I would like to get a new one and also the DMC colors numbers for both the Primary & the Pastel ones.
If I find her I will post here and let you know.

That was very helpful except for the fact that the request was made in 2006 and the person who made the request has not logged in since 2006.

I figured it couldn't hurt. Besides, I couldn't tell when the person who poted last logged in, only when the post was made. As someone else who was looking for the same pattern, it helped to see I wasn't the only one. Maybe it will help someone else too.
