Joss Whedon Shows and great tv!

Thought i'd start this thread as a few of you seem to be into the same shows as me and enjoy stitching designs from them!
I've stitched Buffy, Supernatural and X-Files.
How about everybody else??

I'd rather like to stitch something Firefly related. There's a future project to plan for

I was rather fond of Buffy and the X-files too. If it was even slightly Sci-fi related, I've probably watched it.

I love Buffy and have only recently watched Firefly which I really enjoyed! I've never stitched anything related to this though...would quite like to. If anyone can recommend any patterns could be good for my to do list!

I used to stitch nothing but Buffy cross stitches!

Got to love Buffy, Angel and Firefly! I would love to be brave enough to create and do a picture from each of my favourite shows; maybe one day when I have gotten better at cross-stitching. I'd also add Farscape and SG-1 to my want list, and maybe Red Dwarf because that would be hilarious fun!

In addition I am a big gaming fan, especially Final Fantasy. I have a picture of two of my favourite FF characters, Tidus and Yuna, that would look absolutely gorgeous stitched. Lots and lots of future projects to consider

Never watched Red Dwarf or Farscape. I started to watch Stargate Universe but then it got cancelled!

Drooling Firefly fan here.

I love to do ultra-realistic cross stitch, mostly of animals like birds and insects with lots of colour and iridescence. I also work on making patterns for Firefly-inspired projects.

I'm currently working on an epic project of Serenity (it's in the UFO thread in the SAL section for the latest update). Final size is about 22 by 18 inches on 28 count evenweave.. it's a monster!

Future plans include some sort of scene from Firefly that includes the Blue Sun logo. Inara in a beautiful outfit. The 'Last Supper' mock-up from BSG. This list is ever-changing.

I really like anything Whedon has done, but other favourites include BSG, Rome, Deadwood, the up-and-coming Game of Thrones (read the books, great stuff!), True Blood, etc etc.

Gotta add the Buffy and Angel and Firefly love, didn't get much of a chance for Dollhouse. I'm a bit obsessive about watching Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis, didn't think a lot of Stargate Universe compared with the others though, just seemed to crawl along.

Also a big fan of Burn Notice (Bruce Campbell!) and Bones.

I got very upset when they cancelled Farscape as I loved it. The puppets made it different but it grew to be one of the best SF shows out there imo.

Also loved Babylon 5, Red Dwarf, the new series of Battlestar Galatica, Angel, Buffy and watched most of the SG series. Would love to stitch something from one of them. I remember years ago I saw a fantasy picture of Voyager flying towards the B5 station - something like that would be great

I've just had a look in the UFO thread and your Serenity project is great Ketta. It's going to look amazing when it's finished.

Love Burn Notice too, and now I've got the Red Dwarf theme in my head. I love that show. That'd be another good one to stitch.

MASSIVE BSG fan here - I'd love to do the last supper mock up! I've just got one of Serenities kits of Starbuck and Apollo to do soon!

Loved Farscape as well, got the box set. Firefly was class and I do like Buffy and Angel as well.

Dr Who and Torchwood as well I love.

(And I love True Blood...)

I spend so much time sitting in my chair that I watch a lot of TV and dvd's - my sister got me the box set of Northern Exposure for Christmas - I save them for when the National Hunt season is over so I can't watch the racing any more!

I've just got the first two seasons of Sanctuary - somewhat intriguing! I'm dying for there to be another season of Caprica.

Yeah, was disappointed Caprica was canceled . Oh! And the Sarah Conner show too, bummer on that one.

Not much in the 'Verse better than sitting in my comfy chair with some good shows or movies and a cross stitch project! Pure heaven.

Big Farscape fan here, too. I liked SG1 and Atlantis was ok, but I didn't like what they did with SGU at all. It was a good idea but I really feel they could have done more with it (no offense to anyone who liked it, just my opinion).

Yeah, I know Caprica was cancelled, but I'm still dying for there to be another series!!

And another series of Torchwood!!

I'd love to do a CS of Galactica flying through space!
