I love the baby sampler! :applesauce: I really like the way you have picked out the colour of the girl's tights to do the lettering and the mount and frame are perfect. It was well worth perservering with and I'm sure Francesca will love it when she's older.

It IS pretty! But I agree - I decided before even trying that biscornu was not for me! They seem to be rather like Tribbbles in original Startrek: eternally multiplying till one is drowned in 'em!

As many of you know my son is in USA and he is staying with a host family who have 4 daughters. He wants to give the girls some English choc and sweets which I will be sending out to him and also some little gifts. I have stitched these little bags for them, the purple one is for the 15 yr old, the red one for the 12 yr old who is soccer mad, the turqouise for the 8 yr old and the pink for the 5 yr old who are both keen on gymnastics.
I thought he could fill the bags with goodies.

Image

I have given the link for the site I got the bags from, they do all types of bags of various sizes and also aprons, in case anyone is interested. I think their prices are quite good with speedy delivery

I've ordered from that company before, but hadn't seen these -- they are great, you've made them so personal!
