Favorite Home Samplers

I just spent about an hour looking at Welcome, Home Sweet Home, and other house like samplers and I am completely overwhelmed.

My best friend and her fiance recently moved into their first house and I wanted to make them something for Christmas and I cannot decide! Does anyone have favorites that they have stitched? They are 25, and I would love something that is a mix of eccentric and classic...I don't know if that exists, but I would just love to see what you have loved!

I have a Home Sweet Home design - I'm going to start stitching it myself very soon... just have to decide which colour combination I'm going to use!
