Mini projects 2011

I have been busy making a gift for a friend. He is turning 60. He is a big racing fan and loves Nsacar. His favorite driver is Jeff Gordon so I did a pattern that would incorporated these likes. On the 2 end squares I have bought some pins to put in them and also another on the top. This is just the stitching part, I will wash and iron this then add the pins and frame it.

Oh one pin in Nascar, one is a Jeff Gordon pin and the final one is 2 crossed racing flags.
