Water dragon etc

Post by kathryn »

So, for the past five weeks I've been away from home, from my usual computer, most of my stash, 24/7 tv and my furball.
Needless to say I've been trying to fill the void while I'm away from home. Thankfully it's just for four months while I'm on a work term. I wasn't sure what I would be able to do up here so in my sparse supply of activities, most of it was cross stitch. And I'll say, I've worked more on my stitching over the past five weeks than I have over the past 5 months. Or more.
Well without any further rambling here is a not quite lasted pic of my Water Dragon SK

And I've done a bit of work on my Cirque de Carreaux. Unfortunately I have some stitching messed up, and rather than frogging ALOT of lovely work, I'm just ignoring it for now.

The Water Dragon is really cool, and the bottom one is really pretty. I like the colors.

I really like them both. The water dragon has such deep colors and the bottom one is so delicate and soft. The contrast is really striking. They ae both just lovely.

Why is there so much black above the dragon's head?

Love Water Dragon!! And your other project is so pretty. I hope frogging doesn't take too long for you, such a neat fabric as well.
