Wedding anniversary chart

Hi, I want to stitch a card every year for my daughter's anniversary, I'm after a chart with all the wedding anniversaries from the first (paper I think) etc. as I would also love to stitch one for myself (up to 35 now).
I know I have seen it in the past but cannot remember where.
Can anyone hepl?
