How do you change thread heading?

How do you change thread heading?

I see that some very clever folk here know how to update not only the body of their particular thread but also the heading. I'm sure it's very simple, but I am a bear of very little brain, and can't figure it out. Help! :cake:

Edit the first post and change the thread heading in that. That will change it for the whole thread :)
