wow, can't believe how long it's been since I last posted or spent any time on the forums, let's just say life is pants lately, I won't bore you with the details but I haven't had the best time. I've been keeping my blog going and I've been stitching away so I have some new things to share with you :)

Blue Rose Fairy progress:

Image

Another project I completed when I was feeling particularly grumpy! I've linked it as it's a bit rude :)

http://flossybobbin.blogspot.com/2011/05/bad-week.html

I've been doing a fair bit of embroidery too, fancied something a bit different so I started out by making and stitching this Axolotl pattern, pics aren't great because the fabric is so bright, he looks much nicer in person :D

Image

I also signed up for the Wild Olive embroidery class "all in the details" and here are the projects I've completed so far:

I also embroidered a little pressie for my friend Emma who's been learning Welsh, it's a swear but as it's in Welsh I think it's ok to show a pic (don't google if you're easily offended!)

Image

And finally I've completed another January challenge piece, the horrific hardanger as I'm now calling it, what an awful kit! I'd like to do some more hardanger on some nice fabric to see the difference :)

Image

That's all for now, I'll spend some time catching up on everyone's stitching over the next few days, I've missed the forum :D

The Blue Rose fairy is just amazing. :applesauce: So many threads you have parked. Keeping track of them must be a job all in itself. I am very impressed.
I really like your embroidery projects too. The flowers are so pretty. Neat projects too.
