HAED Angel with Iris Update 07/27/11

I'd started the HAED chart Angel with Iris on 01/15/2011 and haven't posted an update recently. Here's my progress as of 07/21/11:

I've just started working on another HAED, Eternal Promise by Matt Stewart. This was a retired chart, but HAED had found 6 unsold copies in inventory, so I was able to get one last week. Here's what the design looks like:

I'll post pics when I have some progress to show.

Fantastic update on Angel with Iris, she's so elegant looking. I love Etenal Promises too, well done on your purchase of that!!

just beautiful. The Angel is so pretty and so well done. I just looked at the hint on the BB about parking threads and working in 10 x 10 squares which is new for me. Looks like you are doing that, at least the parking. I think your new one is just amazing also. I can't wait to see the progress on that one.

Carole, I'm actually stitching my HAEDs in rows across the page, rather than blocks of 10, but I am parking my threads as I go along. I started doing that after reading the Pictorial Parking Demo on the HAED BB Tips and Techniques section. I find it really helpful.

I will look for that. The one I saw wasn't a demo, just an explanation. Thank you for the suggestion. I plan on spending some time looking at the Tips and Techniques section. I am new to 25 ct and anything that can help me is most appreciated.

I bought Eternal Promise some time ago and want to start it really badly but I have so many other WIP's that it's going to have to wait until I get some others done. I will be watching your progress on that
