So, I'm off to the framer's tomorrow  :toast: . That's a lovely surprise! The beads only took about 4 hours to attach. I thought I'd be there for days!!! Here it is, although the photo doesn't really do it justice. It's much more sparkly in real life.

At last I can get on with doing other things without worrying that I won't be finished on time. I might even be able to carry on with my poor patient daughters' Mr. Men months sampler! They've been so patient!

I'm now going to bed. Too many late nights recently. I can think why!!

I picked it up from the framing shop yesterday.

Image

For those of you in the Birmingham (UK) location who don't know about this shop, I really highly recommend paying it a visit. It's Betty's stitch kit and it's on Quarry bank High Street. The framing is all done on the premises and he has made a fantastic job. I'd never used them before but saw their ad in a cross stitch magazine. I was in total heaven when I went into the shop, everything you could possibly need stitchy wise under one roof, very reasonably priced and a lovely couple who run the place. My car knows how to get there all by itself now!!!

I've also made a little card. Totally different from the sampler but I needed a change!

So it's wedding day today and the forecast is perfect. Like a July day in October!!

Your framed piece looks gorgeous as does the card! They certainly have picked a great day weather wise to get married, who would have thought we would have this weather on 1 October!
