I'm going to do a row of mickeys along the top then a row of older characters underneath. As a few have come up with that idea. So I will do it.

I'm glad the quote worked out. Was worried it wouldn't look right and also for copyright reasons ( not to sure on the rules for quotes) but did give mr Disney the credit

I have started the lady and the tramp will go back to it.

I'm pondering over the row of mickeys. Just sat down and had a look and they will be about the same height as Walt. Think it Walt and little mickey might be sort of lost in them all.

Maybe you could disperse different Mickeys around the piece? If there are spaces that aren't used depending on the size a Michey could go there. Sometimes when doing an afghan I would find a chart that I really liked but hadn't planned for (which is why planning is good, but also has to be flexible) and could find a spot where it would fit in and look good because of the size. Just a thought if you think a row of Mickeys isn't going to work right.

Hmm, yes you wouldn't want to dwarf Walt & Mickey, they make such a great pair and deserve to stand out. Carole's idea of scattering Mickeys in open spaces sound a good alternative!

I hope so too. Of course there is also Felix (Is that the kitty's name?), Gepetto (spelling?)
and the precious little goldfish in the bowl? I think I have the right cartoon.
