Bora da! (thats .. good day) in welsh.
I'm not sure if what I'm about to suggest is against any copyright laws. if so please forgive me. It seems the photo is so good would it be possable to work out the chart from the finished piece?

I had thought the same

The alphabet letters are available on google images and the border you could make up yourself

So i do not see a copyright issue

What is available on Google images is not necessarily free of copyright -- in fact most of it probably isn't! And although you could make up the border yourself, if you copied the one from the picture you wouldn't be making it up yourself, you'd be using that designer's border. So I'm afraid stitching it from the photograph would definitely be a breach of copyright, as far as I know. Rose, what are your views?

This is a kind of grey area of the whole copyright thing but as I understand it Mabel is correct. This was a copyright protected pattern and so if you just copied it from the picture that is an infringement.
If you are looking for some one to help change you, look in the mirror
