Looking for Charts to Stitch for Charity

Post by ali-cat »

As some of you know I've been doing most of my stitching recently for an Orphanage in South Africa. My problem is that I don't buy any UK magazines and French magazines don't really print charts which are suitable for the quilts which are being made at the moment.

I hate asking for things – but I wondered of anyone has any charts which they could send me and I'll send you a couple of thread as a thank you!! I will, of course, return any charts if you want.

The design size can't be more than 12cms (5 inches) to fit the quilts and some of the ongoing themes are 'Princesses', 'Teddy Bears, 'Outer Space' and 'Tom Mouse and Friends', although anything suitable for a kiddies quilt would be really appreciated. :D

You can see what I'm up to on their Facebook page here – and if you can spare a little time please feel free to sign up to stitch a square!! :D

I have got a Cute Teds alphabet you could have if that would be any good. Each Ted/letter is 5x7cm.

I'll have a look and see if I've got anything else that might do. No need to send anything in return.

Presume you haven't moved recently?

I have things such as Mr Men and Little Miss, teddies, animals and all manner of things. Not sure whether I still have your address though so a PM would be helpful.

Definitely do not need anything as a swap.
