Tracy, you should be very proud of yourself! Of course, looking at your other pieces of work, I'm not surprised to see the end product on this. Boy, could I use tips from you! For instance, how many hours do you stitch everyday? How did you finish that in a year? And, how did you keep your fabric so clean and straight? Well, congratulations...even though I'm seeing this months after you finished it. What did your teacher say when he saw it?

I use qsnaps to keep the same tension over the piece and using 2 strands on 22ct was quite bulky which also helped to keep the piece straight. However the piece wasn't clean! I actually washed it twice, once when I gave it to my teacher unfinished and again before I sent it to him. I was started to panic that it had been lost as it took about a month between me sending it and him receiving it but he was really pleased when he got it finished.
