They look brilliant!

Great idea for your brothers Christmas present and you know he will really appreciate it. Like you say it might also be a good opportunity to make hime up a little kit, who knows he might even take to cross stitching if he knows he can stitch what he wants.

Wow - such a great job on these, I am a bit of an FF nut and although VI wasn't my absolute fave I love the characters!!
I feel sorry for you in terms of the size of source material, because the game is so old there really isn't much in the way of large pictures
The do look amazing though!

I take it you've had a look round the Sprite Stitch forums?
I keep seeing so many projects I'd love to do there that I have to keep myself away. I already have too much stash!*
an impossible thought I know

Just finished two more things for my brother.
The first is another Final Fantasy character. The next is Donkey Kong from Mario Kart (he didn't request this but I thought I'd throw in a surprise
).

They are great. You are doing a really good job. Have you made all the patterns yourself or were you able to find some?

I don't think that's a weird project in the least, but I'm biased!
FFVI was one of my favourite games 'back in the day'. It is very nostalgic to see the stitched characters you're making!
