Wanted - would like to stitch a map of Walt Disney World.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me with trying to figure out how to stich a map of Walt Disney World onto aida?
Has anyone scanned something this intricate before and then sewed it?
I'm good at any type of design as I have stitched for over 20 years now, hopefully will put some pictures on here soon to show everyone.
Hope someone can tell me how to go about this project.

If you have the map and you are only doing this as a personal project then you can

1) scan the map into your computer and using a Pattern Making program create your own pattern.
If you do not have a program yet in the Tips and Trick Section there is a whole thread talking about the different programs.

2) If you do not want to make your own pattern then you could ask Skitzzzz (one of our lovely members) she is a whiz at creating patterns and could do a wonderful job for you.
Look in the Buy/Sell Section she has a post there for contacting her.

Thanks Rose for your help, I shall be looking on the forums you just mentioned, I haven't got a great map at the moment , still looking for one, would be a personal project.

I'm sure I have a Disney world map that you pick up from the park. I kept it as a keep sake. Will it be helpful for you?

Paul if it had all the resort on it then yes it would be very helpful I think. It depends how big it is I guess so I can create a chart out of it.

I cant find the Florida Disney map, I know I have one just can't find the blooming thing!!

I went to Disneyland Paris last week and picked one of there maps up with you in mind if you want it

Walt Disney World is my most favorite place in the world!

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but a quick Google search returned this:

its an image that you can right click and save and then use to produce a chart. Just a thought.
