Pegasus... and distractions along the way

Ever since I found the internet way back when, my user name has always been Pegasus, but for the life of me now, I can't remember why That being said, when I saw this cross stitch, I just had to have it. I started it at the end of August, and here is the first progress picture which sees the top 12 rows completed. I hope you like it

Great progress so far. And what a lovely design. I have a Pegasus chart somewhere but I think its a bit different. Now I may have to go search it out. I will be looking forward to your updates.

Just a little ot but my dad used Pegasus as his writting name. Way back in another time he had a full time job and was not allowed to moonlight (have another job) but like many other he did to make ends meet. So he was a sports reporter for the local newspaper writting under the name of Pegasus.
He was also a referee and once had to write the report on a match he had refereed! It went something like this: Neither team played at their best and the match would have been a total writte off but for the excellant handeling by the referee!"

In my introduction post when I joined, I mentioned I was doing a little christmassy type teddy to get a bit of colour in my life... I started him on the 16th, and finished today. He hasn't been ironed yet, and I hope to find a little frame for him. Anyone who buys WOXS will probably recognise him as this months free gift...
