I've finished my Christmas card which was designed by Jane Henderson for WOCS from a past issue.I changed the background a little by stitching a few of the Christmas trees in crescent colours Pea Pod. The rest of the design is stitched with DMC. The cupcake case is variegated.
I am going to iron some vileda onto the back and put in a coaster which is why I chose this design,it fits perfectly. I want to use up my blank coasters. I bought them over five years ago,and had good intentions of making a set of coasters, but had only made three until this year. I became distracted by other stitchy projects.

That is lovely. I love the cupcake as I especially love varigeated threads and wish I did more with them than I do. Yours is very pretty.

Excellent finish. I love that variegated thread, makes it look like one of those really delicious cupcakes that have sprinkles inside them.

Lovely finish and a brilliant design to put in a coaster. You will have to eat cupcakes all christmas to match it.
