I too thought it was "illegal" to do more than one project at a time until I signed up here. I was terrible about not finishing a project because I'd get bored and not stitch for several months. Now that I know I can do anything I want (who could imagine such a thing??!! :D) I'm working on 2 projects. I do think I'll try to keep it at these two otherwise I'll have a dozen started. One of them is an easy Janlynn kit on big ol' 14-ct Aida. It's easy to stitch with lots of slabs of solid color. The other is a Chatelaine mandela on 32-ct linen that requires quite a bit of thought and concentration. So, I'm enjoying switching back and forth.

When I gave up trying to stick with just the one project and did what I wanted to do, I found that all my projects started to get attention. There are just too many lovely designs to be stitching the one all the time, and I don't have tight deadlines any more either, that was a killer for my stitchy bug.

I have many on the go - more than will fit in my sig line, lol... I used to have only 1 or 2 going at once but there are just too many things I want to stitch, especially since I found HAED! I've told myself I won't start another HAED (except for the 2012 freebie SAL) until I finish at least one. Ideally, I'd like to only have a couple of QS and a couple of BAPs going at once but that may not be realistic for me as I've fallen hook, line and sinker for HAEDs... :D
