I am very new to the forum. I have been stitching since I was 17. I can knit after a fashion and my mum has taught me to quilt but my first love is cross stitch. At the moment I am working on the Maia design "Swallows" as I love anything oriental. I am married to Adam. We have no children just a very spoilt cat!!

hi Lucy and welcome from Brisbane Australia - where it is cooler today after 38.6c (about 90f) yesterday.

Your project sounds interesting so I am looking forward to seeing some progress pics - we love seeing other people's work. I need to remind SIL to come help me sort out the new gallery page on my computer so I can again post pics - frustrating man i busy with work stuff.
