Another newbee

Post by Aquarius »

Hi everyone
I have just joined the forum, and hope to make some new friends.
I am a cross stitch addict, and always have something on my frame.
I look forward to chatting with you all, and hearing about what you are all working on.

Hi Evaline and Welcome from Brisbane Australia.

Sophia in a gorgeous hat??? If so they are fabulous ones and I've been tempted quite often to get one or two or three but so far the horrible rate of exchange has kept me from them. Just as well too.

We love to see pictures on here so looking forward to seeing some of yours when you can upload them.

This posting pictures into threads should explain how to do that. I hope you all post pics soon as we love to see them.

Hi everyone

I would just like to say thank you for your outstanding welcome.
I am overwhelmed by your acceptance, and look forward to chatting and getting to know you all.
I mostly stitch, at the moment I am finishing off The Heartpot Sampler, by the Historic Sampler Company. If I ever manage to to work out how to post a pic, I will do so.
I hope you will all come on and and tell me a bit about yourselves and show me what you are working on.

Welcome from the West! (well, west Stirlingshire, actually, but that counts). We are a very friendly forum and love our newbies. Don't forget to check out all the galleries set up by members for their own work, as well as the Stash and Grab -- the pub, which, being virtual, is very virtuous  in the *hic* and calorific stakes.

That sampler is absolutely beautiful! :applesauce:
