I have been very interested in your blog. I was trained as a midwife in the dark ages of the seventies in England, but only practiced for a couple of years before changing career paths within nursing. Later, I was on the "other side of the fence" when I gave birth to my own two children. For me, both births were very rewarding experiences. It was interesting to read your accounts of the trauma that some women have during the childbirth process.
You are doing really great with your cross stitching. I will look forward to seeing more pictures!
