Skitzzzzz worked her tail off on this pattern for me. It is going to be stitched on 18 count 2 over 1. and will be 10" X 14.25" it has 76 colors, including 3 blended colors. She took out the people in the background, so it is just solid black now.
The bride is my sister, but she looks just like me, and the flowergirl is my daughter.

That is soooooo fantastic. I can't wait for you to be stitching this one as I know from watching the others who do skitzzzzz's charts that it will be an amazing piece of stitching. Someone will find a great title for you unless you want to use their names.

To have and to hold-- I really like that one
Quiet Moment-- looking at this photo, you'd think that wouldn't you? but that is so far from the truth. This was taken on the dance floor in the middle of a reception with about 300 guests. They did the "dollar dance" and Megan went up to her grandpa and said "PaPa, give me a dollar!!" He of course can not say no to that sweet face, so he spoils her rotten. He just pulled out his wallet and gave her a dollar. She went and got in line with all the eligible bachelors waiting to dance with the bride. As soon as she started dancing with the bride, both of the photographers went over and started shooting pictures. They took about 10 of them. Most were just OK, but this one was just perfect.
Hugs for the Bride--That one is good
The Future-- mmmmm, not quite what I want
Solemnity and Mischief--LOL, Yes, that sweet little angel is quite mischievous, but so sweet at the same time, it's really hard to ever get mad at her.
Elegance in Alabaster,or maybe Angels in Alabaster-- possibly
a few quick questions:
My local stitching shop doesn't have white 18 count right now, How would this pattern look if I went with a 22 or 25 count and did tent stitches? This pattern has some blended threads, so I have to do 2 threads, and I think that would be too much to do full crosses on 25 count
I would test it out to see how you feel about the coverage if you decide to do tent stitching or full xS on 22ct. I didn't love the coverage on mine, though I think it really looks fine and it was on 25 ct. I think I just pull the threads too tight some of the time. I have seen some that look really good. Since you have blended threads and have to use 2 strands you could try 20 ct fabric. Would it take a long time to order the 18 ct if that is what you really want to stitch this lovely design on?

What a gorgeous picture and one to be treasured! It will look beautiful when it's stitched. Your daughter looks happy to be in the limelight. So how about something like "In the Limelight" or "Shining in the Limelight" or something like that.
