DMC Thread Help

Was wondering if anyone knows appx how stitches the average skein of DMC thread gives as I'm starting a new project where I have to buy the skeins seperately & I'm not sure how many of each I will need! Thanks

It depends on the count of the fabric, the number of threads that you use and your stitching tension but this may give you an idea - if you scroll down to where it says estimated stitch counts it will give you the number of stitches per skein on various counts of fabric.
