Alphabet Sampler SAL . . . sort of!

Post by Wandatoo »

I was more than half way through this before I realized I had not started a SAL topic. But it was stitching up so quickly, I decided to wait until it was done. So here it is, along with a photo of the first spring daffodils which just opened this morning!

:applesauce: for the sampler. It is so cute and well done.
:applesauce: for the photo. I love daffodils and have them springing up all over the place. My husband used to plant the bulbs all over the front and back in different patches and it is such a pleasure to see them bloom. Yours are lovely.

That is a really beautiful sampler. I love alphabets for some unknown reason.
I love the daffodils too. I missed them last year while I was in hospital but this year Cornwall seems to be covered with them. Makes it feel like spring is round the corner.

Cute sampler, and I love your Daffs. I've seen a few early crocus out on the way to work - always a sign that Spring is here.

What an unusual sampler and so beautifully stitched too. :applesauce: Great work on this one.

Love the daffodils too. We don't see them up here in the winterless north - not cold enough for them apparently - although I am tempted to try some in a big pot.
Grear to see them - enjoy the sight.
