Returning to cross stitch in North Wales

Hi I have just started sewing again after many years away, I used to do lots of cross stitch and tapestry but life took over work and family placing ever increasing demands and time to sit and stitch just didn't seem to be there.
Recently I have started again I have dug out all my old stuff and bought myself a sampler kit to ease myself back in. Looking forward to finding my way around the boards and "getting to know" you all

I did the same I used to stitch when I was pregnant then once I had the littleones it all went out the window! This is a lovely forum I'm sure you'll enjoy it

Thank you all very much, I have spent the last couple of hours stitching the sampler that is my "return" to stitching and have remembered how relaxing it can be, bit slow still and I think I should have gridded the fabric as I seem to be spending an awful lot of time counting and recounting stiches
