Window competition

I am going to be dead cheeky and ask if any of you kind ladies would vote for Stick With It Ltd in the Docraft window competition.

She is not a competative soul at all and hides her talents under a bushel so it would really boost her confidence if she won such a competition. In order to vote you go to Docrafts main website, halfway down the homepage there is a Me to You window competition, click on this and it will take you to the voting page, there are only 3 windows to choose from and as I said hers is Stick With It Ltd.

Only too happy to vote - especially seeing as I pass this shop on a regular basis! The window displays are always brilliant and your friend is very helpful and enthusiastic about her craft - she definitely deserves to win in my book! I just wish I was more of a papercrafter so I could support such a wonderful craft shop.

Thanks for your comment I have e-mailed her to tell her what you have said. So glad that you like her displays because she thoroughly enjoys doing them and always seems to come up with something interesting and very inventive. I am proud to say that this is not a friend of mine but my eldest daughter of whom I am extremely proud. She is so enthusiastic about her crafting that she allowed herself to be bullied by a few friends into opening the shop as they could not buy things without a lot of travelling. This put a great deal of strain on her as she is not an overly confident person so any encouragement that we can give her will help.

Have voted Best of luck to your daughter and hope she wins. We need more people like her with craft shops, every shop is valued and it's a real treasure if you're lucky enough to have an independent craft store near you. I hope she continues with the venture.

Rosemary you have a very talented daughter! Seriously, I see her displays and all the lovely things she has in her shop and it makes me want to try harder with papercrafting and she is so enthusiastic! I was only saying on the minis thread the other day that I want to try harder at incorporating my cross stitch into cards after seeing Wanda's lovely ones. I have no excuse knowing I have a great papercrafting shop just around the corner either.......!
