Faucet & water sign DONE 6.10.12

My son has left the water on/well running a few times & I want to stitch up a reminder for him to turn the water off. I'm looking for a chart of a faucet (bathroom/kitchen/outside hose bib) and water drops. Do any of y'all know of any?

If you go to 123 Stitch, they have a "Bed and Bath" subject and a "kitchen" subject . That might be a place to start. I didn't look at all of them, Bed and Bath has one with rules though I don't think turning off the faucet was one of them. There were a lot of kitchen charts and kits though. Maybe one there will have what you are looking for.

Hi Carole, yes, I've looked on all my bookmarked sites (1-2-3, Nordic needle etc) but haven't found one yet. I was hoping maybe someone here might know where else I could look.

eta: I've even flipped through a couple hundred freebie charts over at the cross stitchers club.

Found this chart in a 2008 Cross Stitch Card Shop magazine. It measures 6"x6". The little one on the side is a gift tag. The paper is covering the actual chart.
If you think it is OK, pm your address and I will pull it from the magazine and send to you. Sorry the picture is so big, lucky to get this far do not want to fiddle with the size.
I live in Australia so may take a week or so.

This sounds like something that might be in a *Lizzie Kate collection- I know shes got a grouping about being green/ environmentally responsible. I don't know specifically if there is one with a water faucet though.

Xandra & Maggie, I love that one! (I just might add it to my stash) Janny got me "hooked up" & is sending me that chart (but I like the aligatr in the LK...I am in FL and all)

eta: my son is a typical GUY & I really think the visual of the faucet is necessary

This is going to be a great design. I love the colors on your fabric. And like patti said the picture might be blurry, but the stitching is looking great.

Thank y'all! I brought this with me to the monthly craft meeting today at my church. The ladies think it's pretty cool & one gal gave me the idea to mount a dark blue fabric to the back & then frame it (the Monks cloths holes are soooo big.)
