Finished Designs

Post by Solitaire »

As husband brought down my last two framed designs I thought I would post them up.

From left to right, Sasha who now joins Dexter and Daisy, I didn't design Daisy it was done by a seller on ebay years ago.

These are fabulous, and look as if the designs have really captured the essence of the hounds. Well stitched and framed, too.

What stunning pieces of artwork. I love dogs and what a great way to remember them than to put them in cross stitch, and what a great way to make more memories as you stitched them. I also must :applesauce: you because they are all rather large it looks like.

Brilliant!! So lovely to have those there to celebrate such good friends.

A few years ago I had a very talented artist do a pencil sketch of our six dogs for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. Three had left us (now four :( ) snd they are all brilliant! but the idea of stitching them is very compelling:) especially when I see how brilliant yours are.

The big one took me 7 months, husband said do it as large as the pattern program would allow and then kept asking when it would be finished
