Hi and thank you to all for the welcome to the forum.I have just started stitching for myself a lovely kit my son bought me a couple of years ago for my birthday he had a kit of two of my bassets made from a photo sadly the two dogs are nolonger with me so i thought i would have some me stitch time and use any bank holidays to stitch it but i got an order for a wedding card so put the bassets to one side love to hear what all of you are stitching

you had basset hounds? That's what we have too! Well, one basset and one half beagle/half basset (that's the rescue). Best dogs.
I'll look forward to seeing your work when you start on the bassets (as well as your others!)

Do you still have your basset we had three last time i started stitching the basset and have just bought another puppy which makes four in total their like a box of choclates you just can not have one i am still stitching the basset i started as i have done a few others projects and i did a rainbow bridge about the sad loss of the others i had lost and stitched their names on to it . julie
