A Quaker Christmas Stitch-a-long

Post by NannaB66 »

Hello everyone!

I know we are just at the third day of June but really....it's not to soon to start stitching for Christmas. Every year I have a Christmas project planned and it seems I never get it done in time. Well not this year :x

I have just put in the first motif on A Quaker Christmas by bygone stitches. I would love to have some others join me so we can stitch a long together and keep motivated. It's a gorgeous piece and will be well worth it.

Just let me know if you'd like to join me.

As much as I would love to join you Nanna I really need to get clear of my WIP's before they drive me round the bend. I definitely can't cope with more than 2 things on the go and then only if necessary.

Having said that I did get a Christmas sampler done very early in the year and must remember to get it out soon and line it etc.

I - and I am sure others - would love to see pics of your WIP's Just post the pic in the SAL thread.

I agree with Sally--A Quaker Christmas looks great, but I definitely have way too many projects lined up. I do look forward to seeing your updates on this!! :)

I'm working on a different project for Christmas, but I'd be happy to encourage you and get your feedback. It's a 12 days of Christmas thing and I hope to do 2 motifs a month. So far so good. I'll be posting progress in a few days. :)
