Hello!

Post by NannaB66 »

Hello,

My name is Lee, but I'm usually just Nanna now due to beautiful grandbabies. I love to cross stitch and I would love to meet some new stitching buddies. Ive sold my designs in the past but am giving that a break so I can stitch for myself for a while.
Would like to meet new friends who'd like to exchange, do round robins, and stitch a longs.

Have a great day!

Hi from Florida, Nanna!

You've found a GREAT place to share & make friends...everyone is so NICE here (I've been to forums where the people were less than polite & they can have it!)

We like to post pictures of our :wip: 's & share our triumphs (& the occassional frog-session).

Welcome again!

Hi and Welcome from damp Brisbane - winter is here definitely. So glad you joined us and I am sure you will find lots of friends, many of them most helpful in adding to ones stash.

I too am a grandmother - have 10 of them ( 7 biological 3 steps) some away from school and into work and others from about 8 - 18. Keeps me on my toes.

Another welcome from England: this time from the other side, we're in south eastern England.
Have just spent the entire afternoon watching tv - the river pageant on the Thames to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Weather was not good but it was still a wonderful event. Must now find a commemorative sampler that I want to stitch.
