That looks really good Emma - glad everything worked out with the frame in the end after the initial panic!

Re: Father and Daughter Celtic Knot - First One Framed
Thanks everyone, I even laced it at the back rather than sticky tape!!! I can't take the credit for the frame choice as my friend picked it.
I think in the future I will be a little more tempted to do some more of my framing myself!!!

Re: Father and Daughter Celtic Knot - First One Framed
Finally started the second one!!!!
Rather than being regimented and ensuring that the variegation in the thread is shown properly I'm using a loop start this time so it's a bit more blended!!!

Very nice effect!
I hope this one is less of a PITA,

Re: Father and Daughter Celtic Knot - Second one started!!!!
It looks lovely. I just love the effect of working with variegated thread and the loop start. It gives it such a nice blended look.

Well done on starting this one Emma
, I know you've been dreading it after the first one. I like that variegation of the thread too. Very nice.

I missed the first one. This is beautiful. I can see how it would get tiresome very quickly. Be proud. You haven't let the quality of your stitching suffer for it.
