Tour de France Cross Stitch?

My dad really likes to watch Tour de France and other bike races, so I think I'd like to try a project with that theme for him. I've looked high and low though and can't find anything. I can't even find much for just bicycles. I found the logo and I suppose I could make that into a pattern, but it seems a little boring.

Any other ideas?

For a kit that only has 3 colors, I think the price of the first one is out of the question.

The Tour de France goes quite near us this year...but won't be getting up at silly-o'clock the day before to get a roadside view!
