Hello fellow forum members I have not posted any of my stitching for quite a while. I have been actively viewing everyone's beautiful work and decided it was time to start posting again. I have completed quite a few pieces since last I was here and have added them in my gallery if you are interested.
However today I have started a new piece from Design Works named the Flute Player. I am stitching it on 32ct sparkly hand dyed fabric in pale green/yellow which I picked up from the last Craft Fair in Brisbane. (Here's hoping it is the right choice).
Here is a picture of how it will look and one of the fabric and threads (fabric does not have checks just the way it photographed) has a few beads as well. Sorry photos are so big can't seem to get them right

Loved the pics in the gallery. and I hope you will be posting updates on this new project. It is a beautiful design. I am looking forward to watching it develop.

Yes Sally I will be attending the Craft show, am really looking forward to it. We should meet up there and do a bit of stash enabling. I still have fabric and kits etc from the first one I attended 2 years ago!!
Lovely start. The colors are so pretty. It's a shame that the chart is hard to read. I've had a few like that and all you can do is stitch what makes sense.
I will be looking for your next update on this pretty design.

What a beautiful start! I have been noticing a similar issue in a few spots with my chart for "Grace". It's also put out by design works. It's a little annoying, but I'm usually able to suss out what is meant to go there.
