Woo my first finish of the year!

Post by nachosmiley »

I have actually finished something! Finishes are thin on the ground for me this year, but then again I do like the big uns!!

I have recently been on my hols and took a little project with me to stitch on in the evenings in the caravan, I did get quite a bit done but didn't finish......but now I have! So anyway here is my finished Paladin....

Image

A close up of the floss to show the pretty colours better...

Image

and a first for me......I'm going to show my backside  !!

Image

I'm only showing it because I am actually quite proud of this one....probably because it's only one colour of floss but hey it's the neatest back I have managed so far!!

The last two pics show the colour of the fabby off better, the first one has come out completely wrong for some reason

Thanks for looking!

:applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce: Congratulations on a gorgeous finish. It is so good to have a few of the smaller pieces around, especially if you spend most of your time on the BAPs (HAEDs and Chatelaines). I think that is one reason I like the L*K*s and such. The back is almost as perfect as the front. I love the fabric. And I think the variegated thread is lovely. Great job.

Woohoo I just love this piece. I want to stitch it up but I would stitch it in pink and black because I'm silly like that. Where did you find this lovely chart? I love that colour of fabric as well. You did such a wonderful job and goodness your back looks amazing as well.
