hi eveyone! my name is lindsey and i am a full-time mum to 7 kids
i live in a small market town in lincolnshire (uk)
i started cross stitching as a teenager but haven't done any recently as i sold all my stuff a fews years back because i couldn't seem to find any time to stitch
up until a few weeks ago that is when the bug seemed to bite me again...lol
now i have got projects coming out of my ears and my kids are thinking up new things for me to stitch quicker than i can stitch them......lol
i hope to get to know you all soon

Hi Lindsey. Welcome to the forum from South Carolina. I'm amazed that you have time to stitch with 7 children to look after. Though I knew a woman years ago who had 6 under the age of 10 and managed to find time to stitch, so I imagine that when the bug bites you have to respond. I hope to get to know you soon also. Are there any types of projects that you like doing best, besides the ones that your kids are coming up with? I hope you will post pictures for us. We love seeing pictures.Carole

Wow Lindsey, you are one lucky woman! I am involuntary childless, and even if 7 kids sounds like a bit over the top, I would rather have 7 kids than zero. One of my friends has 4 kids, 2 dogs, 2 rabbits and an aquarium. Thats my idea of happiness!
