Garden of Eden by Paula Vaughn

Post by stitchiemom »

I love stitching Paula Vaughn's stuff and when I found this kit for only $10 I couldn't pass it up...

Image

Here is my start:

This is stitched on 32 ct cream linen, 2 over 2. It's kind of hard to see what I've gotten done since most of it is white and blue but it's there

:applesauce: good start. I love Paula Vaughn designs. I did an afghan for my daughter which was all different garden and flower charts that were hers. I really enjoyed doing them. One of my favorite designers. I am really going to look forward to your updates.

Great start! I too have several Paula Vaughn patterns in my stash and like Rose mentioned in her post -- I wish I had more time so I could get around to starting them. Maybe when a 48 hour day is evented!?!

Awesome start so far! This is very pretty when it is stitched! My mom has done it many many years ago. I think this was the pattern she was working on when I decided I wanted to cross stitch too...too bad I couldn't count and if you saw the amount of WIPs I have on the go, you would think I still couldn't count

Here is this week's update: I am waiting to do the green stuff until I get the brown post done. Hopefully I will get the pink flowers and the brown post done this week and get started on the greenery.

I admire you for stitching on such fine fabric, its not something I would tackle. :)

:applesauce: Great update and it is easier to see the white in the 2nd pic.
