All Our Yesterdays

Post by debupnorth »

I've been trying to find the All Our Yesterdays alphabet chart by DMC. It is so cute, I'd just love to stitch it for my collection of alphabets!

Last night I thought I had one lined up on eBay from a seller who would ship to the USA - but I got outbid whilst sleeping (knew I should have set the alarm for 4 am!).

At this time, there are 3 charts available on eBay.co.uk, but the sellers list only shipping to the UK. Can anyone please help me out, either with the purchase of one of these or if you have one to sell (or lend) to me directly? :beg:

I think the chart was also included as a bonus with one of the magazines, I'm assuming it is identical to the original chart as the covers look similar.

Thanks in advance!
Deb

Hi Deb! I shop on eBay with fair frequency and recommend you try the following:
Contact the few people selling the item and ask if they would be willing to ship to the USA despite what the listing says. I have done this many times before, and it is surprising how often they say that they will. About 60% of my enquiries end up with a positive response, so at least there isn't any harm in asking. :) I usually offer to cover any extra shipping charges to make up for the extra distance and that seems to help, too.

I zoomed in as much as I could on the picture & it said ???? Cross Stitching, maybe "The World of Cross Stitching"? It was a fold out pattern with a red background. The description just said it came with a magazine. This was the one I missed out on. :(

Thanks yagam1, I did this & just won myself a chart!
If anyone else is interested in this chart, there is still a few days left on this other seller who also said they would ship to the States when I contacted them:

I really love this. Can I ask how much it was to ship to the states?

The one I won, said 5 GBP - the other one didn't specify, so you might ask before bidding if you want.
