My R/C Planes

Post by Corey.G »

Well now that the weather is nice and when it's not windy out I'm off to fly my r/c planes. Then on the days it's windy I'm studying for my real estate or learning Japanese with Rosetta Stone. My stitchy bug is on vacation, so my r/c bug has come to visit.

These are mt two planes. They are both electric planes and run on special batteries I can get about ten minuted out of each battery. So I have 3 batteries for each. The first one is a beginner plane and very simple. I did my own paint job on it (let's see who else plays WoW).

This is my second and new plane and it's more advanced than the first. Its modeled after a 1930's plane called the Stinson Reliant. Isn't she a beauty? *sigh*

*I just noticed that in the 3rd pic you can see my vehicle in the back, for people like me who are nosey*

Hey Corey, have you ever tried any paper airplane modeling? I got into it several years ago and its really amazing what you can make with paper and glue.

I had somewhat looked into it before I got into r/c's but it didn't seem that exciting to me. Looks cool though.
