Another Finish for 2012!!

Well I was busy dog sitting for two weekends and for some reason the dog doesn't like staying downstairs so I had to spend a good majority of my time upstairs which meant I had to find something to do. I found the kitted up kit my mom had made (fabric finished off too!) and decided to start a new project. Well it was a pretty quick stitch considering I kept picking it up and putting it down and only working on it on the two weekends. I just finished putting the beads on it and it is going to be for my nan for her birthday.

It is the Emerald Dragonfly by Nora Corbett. Done on 32 count on the recommended fabric. The wings are mainly all Krieniks so it is super sparkly in person.

Ooooo this is gorgeous! I have a real thing for dragonflies and this one and the silver dragonfly have gone straight on my wishlist - thank you so much for sharing your beautiful finish!

It's gorgeous. Beautifully stitched, and I love how sparkly it is just in the picture. Must be even better in person.
