Lovely Boy (Spaniel)- Jayne Netley Mayhew

I love Jayne's patterns, and have been looking for a realistic Springer Spaniel pattern for years. My dogs have always been liver and white, but this one captured my heart and I had to stitch it.
Stitched on 28 count "Moonlight" hand dyed evenweave from Polstitches. It's a very subtle green and lilac mix. (2 over 2)

That is wonderful. It is amazing to me still that with floss and fabric we can make such beautiful, real life looking art. Love it! I wonder if they have Labs. I was going to have a chart made once I get experience of my Lab.
